RX480 Installation
I just got a new XFX RX480, and installed it. Plugged it in with HDMI to my monitor and turned on the PC, the monitor says "HDMI not found" and goes black. I've restarted, put in the Drivers disc, and reinstalled the card. Nothing helps. Any tips?
500W PSU (Should be fine, I've checked)
MOBO PCI-E 2.0 (I've checked and that should work with 3.0 cards)

Also got new CPU and RAM
Check in UEFI/BIOS if your RX 480 is set as primary graphics adapter and disable any integrated graphics if present. Make sure you really connected the HDMI cable to the connector on the back of your graphics card.

This might sound stupid,
but how do I get into the BIOS. I've spammed DEL when I started the PC, twice, and nothing happened, and thats the only way I know how to enter the BIOS
It may be F1. If you don't have a manual for your mainboard check the manufacturers website for instructions how to enter BIOS.

try and turn it on without your rx 480, and plug the video cable into the motherboard, then try to boot. see what happens
Yes use the Onboard GPU so you have a picture; then enter the BIOS and change the GPUs so it is looking at them like this: PCIE > PCI > Onboard/iGP

Save and Exit out of the BIOS to save this change. Then re-enter the BIOS again as a means of stopping the system before it can load up your OS. Once in the BIOS again, power off the system from the main PSU switch in the rear. Then install your new GPU, be sure it is seated correctly and fully, and that any require PCIE power cables are connected. Then change the HDMI cable from being plugged into the Motherboard, to your new AMD GPU card, and power on the system.

It should now look at PCIE card and when present and connected, always use this first for a Display.
