External GPU's For PC
My dad is interested in gaming on his PC, however his pc is a Dell Inspiron 2350. (One of those touchscreen Dell's with everything built into the monitor). It has 8 gigs of ram and a i5-4200m. So it would be capable of gaming if if had a graphics card. You can't physically add a GPU into the system though, so I was wondering if there are any external GPU docks that are compatible with a PC. Thank-you.

AIO PC you can't really do anything with. Just like having a cheap Laptop really is basically what those are. Mobile Parts inside an LCD Screen....

Buy or build a decent PC if you want to run Games (or run them better)

My reply may be 4 years too late but just for the fun of it... I too have the same Dell Inspiron 2350 AIO PC. Went with eGPU route and able to breath some gaming capability to this otherwise still properly functioning old PC. Items 1)EXP GDC Beast eGPU dock bought at Banggood. 2) Proper 1UFlex PSU 400watt (depends on the power usage of the external GPU since i used a Rx580 yeah 400watt is more than enough, BTW a proper PCU and dont skimp on an el-cheapo one otherwise lots of BSODs. 3) An external Wifi USB Dongle since the eGPU dock cable need to use the internal PCIe x1 slot. I need to disable the internal AMD 8600 discrete internal GPU to free up some windows 10 resource. Downside, each time AMD Adrenaline driver updates, i need to not use eGPU, re-enable the internal discrete HD8600 GPU, update, restart, disable internal HD8600 back, restart with eGPU... a small price to pay for me 4) A discrete GPU. I used a used AMD Rx580.
