People can reach 2100 when they up the voltage and set temp limit to 90c+ and crank the fan up to some high and loud setting.
Power limit isn't the same as voltage. You need voltage + powerlimit to reach the max of the card.
Some can OC 100mhz, others can OC 200, etc.
Keep in mind, your card is already factory overclocked (so you basically OC the existing OC). The stock ones run wayyyy slower.
And keep in mind: every chip and card is different.
And just btw: you could say +100, but from which baseline? 1200? 1300? 1350? (hope you get my point).
TBH you can set the max voltage to +87 but by design it will never go that high and draw that much extra voltage, while overclocking run GPUZ and have the sensor tab selected, it has a nice feature to help with getting your overclock stable but volts will need to be raised. Its called PerfCapReason = there are conditions that will limit your GPU, Temp and Volts are the 2 major conditions.. In your case it seems for stock volts your limit is +100 on your core which is pretty good..

Run your card at 100% completly stock and run a stresstest and monitor it with GPUZ and see what triggers 1 of the conditions. It should trigger vRel = or VOp = both meaning lack of power/voltage. needs more juice. Power limit you can max,set temp limit to what you feel is safe ( ive always ran 91c no issues), set a custom fan curve if you need to keep inside your desired temp limits if needed but manually setting a fan speed % works well also and up your volts with +12 to start and bump your clocks up and retest and repeat.. As always not every GPU is created equal and results will vary..
