Fractal Design Define R5 dust filters...
Recently i bought Fractal Design Define R5,and i like it,like it a lot. One of reasons why i picked FDD R5 is because i wanted ultra anti dust/noise case, and i believe i made right choice.

However,i've been told i should get http://www.demcifilter.com/p0566/Fractal-Design-R5-Rear-Dust-Filter-Large.aspx and this http://www.demcifilter.com/p0567/Fractal-Design-R5-Rear-Dust-Filter-Small.aspx . This 2 filters were not included with original FDD R5 package

My PC is located in room where dust was causing me a lot of problems with my previous pc,so i want it to be protected from it as much as possible.

This 2 links i posted before, they are kinda expensive, but i don't mind it since they are original FD . But that shipping...cost way to much- 22€ for my country.

1. Is there any other shop(preferably located in Europe) where i can order this 2 filters?

2. Which alternative filters would you build into FDD R5 ?

Just buy any magnetic filters that match the size of your fans. It's not like it matters.

You only need filters on intake and the R5 comes with a front and bottom filter that is plenty efficient.

While they do help a lot... No amount of filters will completely stop dust.

The best thing you can do is keep up with cleaning. Not just your PC, but also the room it is in.

Nothing can substitute the need to clean.

I don't see much point adding a filter to the rear of the case where the fan is usually set up to exhaust air from the system.

However if you have the fan there as an intake, then yes it might be worth having a filter.

For other mounts:

- The case already has a dust filter for the front intake fan/s.

- Bottom of the case already has a filter fitted for psu and any fans you add there.

- If you plan on mounting intake fans to the top of the case, a dust filter may be useful there.

Also be aware that even with filters, there will still be some dust that ends up inside the case.
