It is meant for adding WiFi via USB Port on Phillips HDTVs and Bluray players that don't already have it. And I can't find a Driver for it anywhere. Phillips doesn't provide one and the manual states "not for PC use"

If you have a Desktop PC; get a PCIE card with external antenna; like Gigabyte or Intel... much better, such as: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/tTdqqs/gigabyte-wireless-network-card-gcwb867di
