Videos on my PC Laggy.

So for examples my videos when played on the Media Player lags and it also happens with any media like Disney+. Started happening probably 2 weeks ago not sure and upgraded my GPU Drivers. Any fixes recommended??

CPU - Ryzen 5 3600XT
GPU - Radeon 5600XT 8GB
Ram - 2x8GB 3200MHZ DDR4
Drives - 512gb SSD
2 TB 7200RPM HDD

I did plus VLC and use the Windows Media Player and it doesnt lag from the Windows Movies & TV Player so they is from Windows side

It's definitely due to install wrong driver pack or not installing it at all !!!

For me , When I install new Windows 11 or 10 , I just connect the internet cable and wait few minutes , Then Windows will automatically download and install latest Driver in the background-process , No need to do anything , Just connect internet and wait.

But if this won't work for you , Open Official website ( Search : NVIDIA or AMD Drivers ) then choose the exact model or choose Automatic Checker tool , Then you will install it . If you installed a wrong one before make sure to uninstall it first and reboot once !!!

Not sure if it the drivers because videos on my browsers plays fine but any videos on my PC is laggy and I just updated my GPU drivers and nothing has changed. Gaming is fine I dont see any problems when playing games
