I launch Cricket Captain 2020, but the game doesn't launch. I get a very small black box in the top left corner of my screen but that's it. Please help? Thanks

It doesn't require much.
Grandma's 10 year old budget Laptop could run games like Football Manager and Cricket Manager.

How long did you wait though. Some games might take a bit of time to load up, regardless of your specs. Let it load for a few minutes after clicking Play on the game and see if it finally does load up properly.

You might have to disable DPI scaling and full screen optimization in the game EXE properties.

Nope, tried both of those. Left it about 5 minutes. The game goes to launch bet then the cursor can't be moved and I get a small black box in the top left hand corner of the screen

First lets download the latest Drivers for your system...

Intel Chipset INF

Intel HD 4400 Graphics
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18369
^ Click on win64_15.40.5171.exe

Do not install them just yet.
Press WINKEY+R
Type Appwiz.cpl
Click OK
This should bring up Control Panel > Programs and Features
Look for anything "Intel" and uninstall it.
Restart the PC when all done.

Then install the files you downloaded above; first the Chipset INF; then reboot and install the Intel HD Graphics; then reboot once more.

Should be good to go after that.

Still no luck. The chipset would not install. Got this error message:

0x00004E24 This platform is not supported

The other program did install.

Still the same issue.
