What OS do you have? What drivers are you currently running?
I did. installation cancels due to "unsupported graphics card".
I have Windows 10. Driver version is 21.19.136.
Only 64Bit drivers are available:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-r9-series/amd-radeon-r9-300-series/amd-radeon-r9-370
I´ve tried that one, installation aborts. My Windows is 64-bit. And regarding OEM, I´m not sure. But if I look in that download section my card isn´t listed.
You still can try Nimez's drivers

I have a old HP Laptop broadwell 5th Gen and Hp will let me install drivers from them. Even though there drivers are old compared to the officially Intel ones.
for the r9 370

Even though they might use nVidia, ATI, AMD or Intel chips, sometimes OEM versions actually need the OEM version (unless you find a workaround by modifying the drivers).
If OP can list the exact video card they have, it'd help clear up whether this is the case, or if it's something else preventing them from installing.
My computer is an Asus ROG G20.
