Drying Mousepad
It’s currently drying in an Ac (de-humidify mode) room, was just wondering if it’s optimal and if there was any better & quicker way.

maybe a hairdryer...dont use it too much, it could be too hot air for your mousepad.

I just hung mine in the washing line. I wouldn’t use too much heat. It might warp or melt the glue.

Has anyone got any decent cleaning techniques? I sanded down some polyfilla in the same room as my pc and the mouse cursor started snagging afterwards. I’ve tried damp cloth, wet wipes, one of those sticky rollers for picking up cat hair (this had the most positive effect) and even a 30min cycle in the washing machine.

My mouse still snags. I doubt there’s much else I can try but thought I’d ask before I bin it.

Well, if it's a quality gaming mousepad there should be instructions. Either in the packaging or online.

Seldom mousepads are supposed to be cleaned with water. But as you already did. Most manufacturers recommend air drying it outside or at a window. Atleast to my knowledge.

Go buy a ROG Whetstone if you can find one somewhere. They last literally forever and you can wash them. Just wipe dry with a kitchen towel. They are silicon so they don't absorb water. They are brilliant. The only problem is finding one. They used to be very expensive indeed but if you are lucky you can find them around for peanuts.
I bought myself a corepad magna 19 years ago. Safety glass. easy to clean.

I tend to replace them when they get too grubby. However, I do give them a wipe down every once in a while, but I don't soak them.
