Only downside would be the Ram is a bit slower but I think the better airflow more than makes up for that... well and obviously the price difference :D

imho, toss the 1tb hdd in an older build, and get a 4tb hdd if you need more space
Agreed I'd get rid of the HDD. Once you run all SSD's its hard going back.

Not at least.850 Watts are perfectly fine as long as it's a top tier single rail psu.
