however AMD uses AMP not XMP. To translate XMP to AMP you need to activate and load DOCP in BIOS on Asus Motherboards.

at 3000MHz or better yet 3200MHz nearly all of the RAM uses Samsung B-Dies.
Micron sells only their own brands: Crucial and Ballistix (for consumers).
Hynix (A-Die and M-Die) is mostly found in Ripjaws Modules at up to 3000MHz. Soem of the 3000MHz and all of the 3200MHz modules are again Samsung B-Die
