MSI laptop stuck on Aptio Setup Utility
Hey, all of a sudden my just-out-of-warranty MSI machine is going straight into the Aptio Setup Utility. I have read around a lot and tried a lot of stuff - altering a bunch of BIOS settings, unplugging and replugging the CMOS battery, same for the SSD, but nothing. All I get is the Setup Utility screen.

I tried switching Boot Mode from UEFI to Legacy, it just says reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media.
I tried switching to UEFI with CSM, goes straight to Aptio again.
There is no Launch CSM option as recommended in many threads addressing this problem.
I have done a bunch of back and forth with disabling and enabling "Attempt Secure Boot" under "Secure Boot" on the Security Tab, and enabling and disabling "Fast Boot" on the Boot Tab. None of that makes any difference.
My drives appear to be okay as they are both there under Storage Information on the Main Tab in the utility.

I cannot access Windows Recovery using f3.
f9 doesn't do anything either (no idea what it's supposed to do -no idea in fact what any of the above really means, but it they were recommendations so I tried them).

Anyone got any ideas? Really appreciate it.

MSI model: MS-16J9

Just boot from Win10 USB Flash Drive.
Don't have one? Make one.
