Im using windows 10 tho. You didnt say what OS you are running, but if its some old win7, then that may be a problem.
I have never used the program but you can either uninstall it like usual but go to it's install directory and make sure it's all gone and then restart your computer. Unplug and replug your keyboard in then install the software again. If all fails then it's either the program being buggy with your system or something with your OS or keyboard. Not really helpful answers but at worst case you can reinstall Windows and see if that works. That's if you really need the program of course.
Think you might find that "some old windows 7" is still preferred for gaming, i use 7, probably will do until no longer possible, yes i know Bill is doing the dirty and forcing users into 10, but thats another story, i have the paid for version of IObit so uninstall is pretty complete, i have the latest version of iCUE but it does seem more software issue from what i have been able to find.
