service host diagnostic policy service causing massive lag in GTAV

What can I do to stop this? I have forced it to stop before but I don't want to have to do that all the time.

Try the following:

Stop the "Diagnostic Policy Service"
Delete the file called SRUDB.dat located in "C:\Windows\System32\sru
Restart the service.
