Only Intel that actually makes some sense to buy is i7-9700K, below that price Ryzens have basically destroyed Intel when it comes to price/performance. Intel is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bricks currently because AMD is doing so good in CPU department.
Get an Intel.
Still have their "+" and "-", for example the thing a lot of reviews fail to mention is that you will need faster/expensive RAM.
So if you wish to go with intel it will be fine, just do not compare modern CPU and CPU from 2012.
RAM prices have dropped a ton lately, makes no difference if you buy 3200 Mhz for Ryzen or something else for Intel.
I have 2400 mhz memory and my pc has always been fine.
There is also an issue with everything but expensive x570 boards being a lottery in terms of bios versions/ability to run ryzen 3***.
Not saying that ryzen is bad, it is actually great, just... it is not as "magical" or "the only viable solution" as it is often said to be...
Yes, will run just fine. Will loose some performance though, potentially making it less attractive. A matter of choice.
All the MSI B450 boards designated with MAX have already updated BIOS for 3000 series so something like MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX is good buy for Ryzen 5 3600.
That i7 is struggling to keep 60fps on the action parts. RDR2 isn't even on a new console.
This guy is trying to mislead you, do not believe him. That CPU can easily maintain 60fps in RDR2.
It's fake. An i7-2600k will be running well above 4GHz when under load not 3.2 GHz. My i7-2600 is currently sitting at 3.5GHz with just Steam and a lot of Chrome windows open, no games. Under load my i7-2600 runs around the 4.2 GHz mark. Overclocked an i7-2600k runs in the high 4's, even 5 with good cooling. There is another video with an i7-2600k rtx2060 doing 60 fps on RDR2 at 4.5 GHz.
