Help me tweak my PC
Build:
AMD Ryzen 2400G with radeon Vega Graphics, 3600Mhz, 4cores, 8 logi processors
Win 10, 64bit
8GB RAM, (6.93 useable)

What I want to play:
ArmA III - I can run the campaign at 29-35FPS , but would like to have more for multiplayer.
Rust - Can run it at potato at 20FPS, (game is ROUGH!)
For Honor - 19-22 FPS

Recommendations:
I would love some feedback from more experienced, tech knowledgeable gamers.
If you recommend multiple components please specify and list which would be most important.

Thank you. :Vodka:

1st: Do you have 1x8Gb RAM stick or 2x4gb?
2nd: What speed is your RAM?

Both of these affect the performance A LOT.
If you have just 1 stick of RAM, you are essentially only getting 50% of the 2400G's integrated Vega gpu's performance.
The Dual Channel affects it that much.

And since Ryzen and the integrated Vega likes fast RAM, if you have just 2133-2666Mhz, you are missing about 20% worth of performance in comparison to 3200Mhz.

Your PC is too weak to run these game at decent framerate.
Overclock it mine does pretty well you should be able to do 1080p medium or 720p higher settings easily just be careful with the igpu its a bit touchy

2400G is for Kids and Grandma, not for demanding games.
All onboard GPUs suk for gaming.
You cannot tweak your pc, all you have to do is save money if you're a student or get a job. Buy at least a mid-gaming pc around 1000 USD. Got onboard GPU before and it's sucks, not for triple A gaming

1. I have 1x8Gb Ram stick.
2. 2400mhz

You're basically missing 60 to 70% of all possible performance.
Get a 2nd 8Gb stick, make sure to install it in right slot to get Dual Channel and overclock them to as high as they can go. Most likely 2800Mhz.

With these, you might be able to start hitting 60fps in some situations.

As Sapph already told you, you can buy second DIMM. Integrated graphics gains a lot from dual-channel RAM.
^ This, faster ram helps too, as long as the board can properly support running that RAM via OC or via the XMP Profile.

Gaming PCs should just have 2x 8GB minimum anyways.
And for Intel 8th Gen or AMD Ryzen, you should be using 2666 Mhz minimum as well, that is what all those specs are rated for. With either of these platforms, you're actually making the system run slower than it's supposed to if you are using 2133 or 2400
https://youtu.be/_I6gV5hthDc heres a quick guide to overclock your igpu and cpu i get 5-7fps out of mine compared to stock just make sure you can keep it cool
^ Good helpful tips. And yes if you're going to OC, ditch the Stock Cooler and buy a better one.

You are not going to get anywhere near 60 % increase by doing that

Its masive
Not really, it just makes the OS more fluid and better load times and such.
In game FPS will not really be affected much.
It has gains due to more RAM, cause you need 2-4GB shared VRAM for those VEGA onboard GPU. So 8GB total RAM just won't cut it.

Every gaming PC with newer specs should just have 2x8GB minimum, it's common sense.

Dual-channel RAM doubles RAM bandwidth. I.e. single-channel RAM means your integrated graphics has 64-bit bus, while double-channel makes this bus 128-bit. Do you agree that bus width MAKES difference for graphics?
