High Static Pressure Fan vs Air Flow Fan
Looking to finally complete my rig by adding some LED case fans. My theme is all green LED's however I can't seem to find any quality fans that are just green. I can go for the RGB but I'm not looking to spend a ton of money. Right now I'm looking at the Corsair SP140's for my intake and a single SP120 for the exhaust but I'm worried I won't get sufficient airflow as I do with the stock AF140L's and AF120. The case I have is the Corsair 450D ATX and I'm using a Hyper 212 Evo for CPU cooling. Any suggestions greatly appreciated as I'm not very knowledgable on fans!

I don't advise sacrificing performance for aesthetics in any build, which is what you are doing when you replace airflow fans with static pressure fans on your intake and exhaust. Static pressure fans are meant for use on radiators or other areas with lots of air resistance. I would just keep the AF ones, which themselves aren't all that great at airflow, but are better than SPs.
sp is for rads/coolers
af is for vents

I ended up going with the ML140's as they can be used for either or and are RGB
Whatever you like I suppose. I personally see no reason to waste good $ to grab RGB crap.
I pick a color scheme and stick to it for that build. I prefer Red lighting everywhere, it's easy on the eyes, unlike Blue or Green. The Purple is very nice throughout a Blacked out Case as well.

Most of my builds generally already have well over $150 just in Fans, that would double if I went with RGB Fans. The market for this is complete non-sense. No reason Fans should cost 15-30+ $USD a piece.
