Also a lot of monitors do not have speakers like that so that's probably the case.
Simply has an Audio Out Jack that allows you to bypass an Audio feed from the HDMI or DP and output it through the 3.5mm audio jack to things like analog Speakers or Headphones.
nvm found the calibration buttons. Turns out the power button is like a joystick that activates menus.
Then disable the default DEMO mode, which is there for display in shop purposes.

What I'd change first is:
> Aspect Ratio = AUTO
> Dynamic Contrast = OFF
> Display Preset = Eye Saver < This is good for OS Desktop and most of your general usage, as this preset has low blue-light levels.
Now it wont let me change mode
This is where you will always want to look for Refresh Rate, avoid changing that via the WinOS Settings alone.
In there also you want to set "RGB" and change "LIMITED" to "FULL"
Also if you do not want legacy games for example stretching out to 16:9 across your Display; go down to Change Desktop Size/Position and set this to No-Scaling, or Aspect-Ratio. So for example if I choose Aspect-Ratio, obviously using 1920x1080 will fit properly due to screen is native 16:9; but then loading up a legacy game that is using, lets say 1024x768 or 1280x1024 it would be stretching to fit the screen, with Aspect Ratio option enabled, those legacy games will look and fit properly, with the exception of black bars, either at bottom or the sides, depending on the screen res the game is using.
However one preset is not going to work magic in everything you run.
One might look good for OS Desktop, then you may want to switch to another preset to have better balance for things like Movies or Games.
