Best PSU under 60?

Any idea for a good either semi modular or modular with all the cables coming in the box power supply for a rx 570 and 1600?

look at themale take PSU's ..a 550 / 600 watt should get ya by .. but get an 80 + gold one

only reason i recommend themale take i never had one fail within 6 yrs ..and yes they are cheap ..and your milage may vary ..but the new gold ones have a 7 yr warranty

In that case I would recommend Codegen PSU's, they are very cheap, almost never fail(multiple ones still work after 10-15 years) It Just Works. Mercury is another good brand.
