unigine superposition to stress test graphics
There is not much software can test. You can test the RAM with Memtest86 and the disk for bad sectors with CHKDSK from the commandline. Then there is also the SMART status which can be checked with various pieces of software such as Crystal Disk Info or from the commandline.
You can check the Device Manager for driver and hardware related warnings and issues.
As long as you are not running in to any issues and the PC seems to be running as it should there is nothing to worry about.
crystaldisk/hdcune can check hdd/ssd smart to show drive issues
nothing to check drivers
Prime95 (+ monitor for temps) for CPU
Furmark/Valley for GPU (Valley might be outdated now, but google "stresstest GPU" and you'll find something)
That's pretty much what you can do, abuse your machine to the point it can barely take it and see if it dies or not.
From my experience a couple hours of gaming can reveal issues other tests passed. But even then i have to come up with ideas and knowledge, as the system will not directly communicate the problem to me.
Passmark will benchmark and score each component individually. Compare your result against scores of others with the same config. free for 30 days. If there is a large difference then you may have a problem,
Malwarebyes will scan for viruses and other malware. free.
Use HWMonitor64 whilst running games to check the system is performimg OK.
