Vega 64 Issue..?
I have a 760w silverstone platinum 80+ psu. My vega 64 has coil whine at higher loads which I understand is normal. However, there is a slight stutter at times and an odd "electric" clicking sound coming from the GPU. Mostly happens when it is under load and then the load gets reduced in a way, it will stutter for a half a second or so and then be back to normal. It games fine but the electric sort of "spark" clicking sound is very odd. I can return for a replacement to newegg, although I would rather just keep the card if there is something I can do to prevent it from happening.

Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue? it is a different sound from regular coil whine. It seems to be most noticiable from the GPU Tach meter. Does it make a electrical noise when tracking GPU load?

If you are sure these weird sounds are coming from the card return it.

Well it sounds like the powersupply now. I put my ear next to the psu and gpu separately while giving the gpu a stress test and pausing it
I am positive it is coming from the PSU. I am going to get newegg to replace the card just in case though.

Replace that PSU with either an EVGA SuperNova, Corsair AX, or SeaSonic PRIME series PSU, as those are among the best quality PSUs with the least amount of potential issues.

So I should keep the card and replace the PSU? I actually have a Seasonic 660w XP2 Platinum PSU. It has a 660w avail on the 12v rail. I guess it must be going bad. It only happens under 100% gpu load.
