You might want to run Malwarebytes, it sounds like you installed something you shouldn't have.

Running "sfc /scannow" in the CMD with admin rights might also fix it.

right click the DLL in Task Manager > open file location

ensure the spelling of this file is correct; cause I can't find anything regarding such DLL file online. Pretty much every DLL file has a history we can easily lookup.

Exactly I cant find any history about this dll I dont even get results by searching it or get recommendations for a spell check but I am 100% sure the spelling is correct
Best bet is install MalwareBytes Free
Once install, click Update.
Then reboot into Safe Mode and bring up MB and run a full scan and also select "Scan for RootKits"
I did a search on the dll file...the OP is the only result...

Yea, same here. The name must be a dummy, changed to said name by some sort of actively running virus/worm based infections.
Ill try installing MalwareBytes and do a scanfix and I'll check on later if the dll file is still active
This only happens when your laptop is plugged into the charger? Has it changed any names? Have you changed your power settings to "high performance"?

It only shows up on the first time the charger gets replugged or plugged after its startup if it is replugged again the dll error file wont show up, I have changed my power settings and tried it many times from Balanced HighP and PSaving
I wouldn't bother with trying to fix this too long. I would go straight to reinstalling Windows, you may very well have malware on your system.
Yes, fresh OS install is best; wiping out malware or possible OEM needless junk along the way.

That means reformatting all the data I have right now right? Its just like starting from fresh?

Pretty much. Do a virus scan on your personal data files you want to keep. Check Windows Defender to see if any action needs to be taken. Then do a reformat and a fresh install of Windows 10.
