CPU temp fluctuations
If it normal for a CPU to flucuate temperatures on idle? I overclocked my i5 7600k to 4.5GHZ with the voltage at 1.302. After playing BF1 i saw temps go down around 35C and then jumps to 46.

Edit: I also have monitored my CPU temp when playing games since I overclocked and temps seem to be between 60-64C. Is that ok?

its normal.. even at idle background tasks can kick in causing heat.

perfectly normal, though thats quite a high voltage for a fairly low clock speed.
Of course it is normal for any CPU; it will fluctuate just as fast as the load does.
Just run CPU & GPU stress tests and see what the max temp *C these reach after running such test for approx 20-30 mins. As long as the temp is not getting too high during such tests after such time periods, then the cooling should be capable of keeping those hardware from over-heating.

There's nothing wrong with temperature or core-clock fluctuation, that's totally normal. That said, your voltage is way too high. You need to switch Vcore from Automatic to a fixed cap, I would cap it at 1.250 at maximum for that clock. It's not going to damage your system, but it's not an efficient overclock and is probably running the system a lot hotter than it needs to.
