that SHOULD fix it, in theory, though some headsets software will overwrite it (corsair for instance)
I haven't heard of this brand before. What Impedence are they? It should be written on the box somewhere, or on the brand's website.
Headphones with a high impedence will sometimes sound very quiet on a regular soundcard. My Sennheiser HD599s are pretty docile running off soundcard, since they need a DAC to work properly. Once you power on the DAC they're a totally different experience. I rarely go about 30% volume.
32 Ohm. And I actually heard of these from the YouTube Channel "Unbox Therapy" and these are known as $20 beats killers. By the manual theyre made in china. I plug them into my USB sound card (Came with my CronusMAx Plus) and it does work for voice com and as an audio output but its just not loud on my PC compared to my phone or plugging into my PCs 3.5mm audio out port.
There's no reason to use a USB soundcard on PC. Not with headphone of this type. At 32 OHMs you don't have enough impedence to trouble the stock soundcard, so you may as well use that. Realtek get a bad rep because they're a stock part, but they're actually pretty good.
Soundcards don't contribute much to audio quality. They're the final thing you should upgrade in an audio system, and even with the best DAC and Headset you're unlikely to notice much difference. My motherboard came with a $150 soundcard built in, and it barely makes any noticable difference to a $500 audio system.
