Overall if it doesn't work, you have full warranty.
Remove the card from the packaging and allow it to cool back down closer to room temp.
Its not that though; all these devices have a operating -vs- storage safe temp range for the most part.
But yes I highly doubt any damages to the card or components itself. I've often take bare cards in-hand and heated them up for various reasons; never has been an issue. Now if it was a hard drive, ssd or other part that is much more sensitive, that might be a different story.
