PC restart after gaming and GPU test
I was about 30 minutes into the game killing floor 2 when my PC restarts suddenly. It happened once before while playing The Forest but thats about it. I did notice that it started happening after I got my new GPU, 1070 8GB. I upgraded from a GTX 960 4GB. I kept the same PSU when I did the upgrade, Thermaltake smart650W 80 Plus Bronze. I ran a CPU and GPU stress test using AIDA 64 and as soon as I pressed start my PC restarted. I ran two seperate tests after, one for CPU the other for GPU and the CPU one was fine the GPU one restarted my comp. My temps for my CPU are fine, GPU idles around 33C and while gaming around 46C. I cant tell if this is a GPU problem or a PSU problem.

Specs:
Windows 10 64bit
GeForce GTX 1070
Intel i7-7700k CPU @ 4.20GHz
16 GB RAM
Thermaltake smart650W PSU


EDIT:
Turns out it was the PSU going bad. I bought a Seasonic Focus Gold 650W and my PC doesnt crash when I stress test my GPU. Thanks for the help guys!

Would swap it to 650W Seasonic Focus Plus Gold, Corsair TX650M or EVGA Supernova G3.

It may very well be the PSU. It's a Thermaltake anyway, I wouldn't trust it.

i previously owned 2 thermaltake smartpower 600w+ psu... all dead now. 1 blew out after 13 months (replaced with seasonic S12II 520W), another at 9months (replaced with antec hcg 620W)

1 dead seasonic M12II 620W+ dead at 9 months; local dealer replaced it with newer model o same capacity.

all my psus are now seasonic or antec.. all still fine after 3yrs+ use.
