Can my computer run The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion ?
Take in mind my computer can run terraria and stardew valley

1.60 Ghz
4.00 Ram
Windows 10
64 bit processor

You will need to be a little bit more specific with the system specifications.

The exact CPU model. The make and model of the dedicated GPU if you have one (I doubt you have one). And you might also want to tell us how big your storage is, if this is an internet laptop with only 24gb of flash storage you can forgot about installing anything on it.

You can not run it. This CPU is significantly slower than the CPU in my 10 year old Core2 Duo PC which barely manages to run this game.

Yikes, a 6Watt TDP Dualcore CPU.

It's pretty much on par with a Pentium 4 3.2GHz.
Considering a Pentium IV with 2.0GHz is the minimum to run Oblivion at least that requirement is met.

Will it run? Yes. But don't expect wonders in terms of resolution, graphical settings and high frame rates.
