I can't find the manager or control panel for it anywhere. That's my issue. It didn't install with the driver. And I can't find it in the download folder for the driver or anywhere else. I searched all over for it and it's not on my system.

Yes I know that's where it should be. For some reason I do not have that file.
I have done this three times. It doesn't contain it. I've even manually looked all through the download folder.

also grab chipset and lan if you didnt already
On the MSI site for your motherboard, whats in DRIVERS is just the Driver.
I clicked on UTILITY tab there and you will see the same link I posted above in Post #16
took 3 hours to figure out....
dl realtek drivers from mb site...
unplug internet connection...
uninstall realtek drivers..
install new realtek drivers... takes few minutes ...
reboot ...
connect to internet
go to webpage that bad motha linked in post #16
install app...
should work ...
the problem is microsoft trying to take control of everything...

What you could do is install driver package(look for 100+/200+ MB) from B350 Carbon(has the same 1220 codec) and install the universal driver after.
