My current mouse doesn't have On-board Memory and it has the same 1 profile. I can save Polling rate, DPI, Keys Binds settings and even RGB and uninstall App.
I know, that you can not save any RGB settings without Synapse. But Polling rate, DPI should be saved on the same computer, but I need an answer from someone who actually has / had this mouse
You're missing the point.
The Mouse has no memory, your words, thus you can NOT save anything to it. Doesn't matter if it's a Razer, Corsair, Logitech, MS, HyperX or any other mouse. If it has NO memory for onboard profiles you can't save different functions to it. It only has non writable memory, for it's default settings that's it.
Sometime apps like Synapse can have things run even after the uninstall. I've had a GPU were you can change the RGB and uninstall the app and it stays that way, to a point. Restart and shutdown was fine. Unplug the system from the wall and it'd go back to the default rainbow effect and I'd have to reinstall the app. So clearly something still active after the uinstall.
At best you may be able to set your profile and uninstall the app. However unplugging the mouse or the PC could cause it to revert the it's defaults.
Razer Viper is so cheap right now.. I don't want to stuck with 1000 Hz. 125 Hz is just perfect for me. It seems that I need to buy Viper Mini or Viper Ultimate..
Talking about RGB. My friend has Basilisk V3. If you want to turn off that RGB, you have 2 option: open the mouse and disconnect or use OpenRGB app. OpenRGB is an awesome app
Thanks!
