Try this:
Win+R --> Enter cmd and press OK
Enter winver and press Enter/Return on your keyboard.
In the window opening, copy the build version and post it here.
So that means task menager can see your GPU. But it doesn't see mine.
You can search the issue. Here's one example:
https://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/no-gpu-in-task-manager-in-windows-10/
There are others from the Microsoft Community and whatnot.
Obviously, if un-checked, check it and find out what happens.
It didn't help
So I open task manager and I see columns CPU / RAM / DISK / NETWORK / GPU so yea GPU is checked there but like I said it shows 0% even if i open steam or something. It's not like use task manager first time. And also if i click performance wich is next to proccesses column I see my CPU / RAM / NETWORK but there is no GPU. In performance section you could see your v ram usage your temps but it just dissapeared.
The next step I would try is if your gpu can be read by a third party app. Here's a list of some.

Is something like HWiNFO64 able to read the gpu temps? If not, the sensor on your gpu could be defective.
