Mobo B550M DS3H , ? conflicting Audio Drivers , Head not recognised in game

I installed Realtech drivers for the chipset and Nvidia installs It`s drivers , Audio . So i think i have a conflict , the head set is not recognised in-game and i do not know which to set as default , I have a USB Letton L10 head set , the head phones are set as Speackers but the Mic does not work in-game , Steam Voip works fine ?
At the moment i have the head set in the back of the PC the Mobo USB Port ,

select your os, win10/11
chipset, audio, lan

disable all unused devices in sound control panel
and pick the ones you want to use for voip and sounds
