Buying case for PC

So like im quite new on buying PC specs and stuff like that. And i don’t know if this is related to this category in steam discusion or not. But i would like to know that when you are getting a custom build for your PC(i know you need RAM,graphic card,etc..all kinds of stuff like that) but when you order them, do you need to order a case to put all these thing in as well? Or does it come automatically?

What about website that let you choose custom parts and then they will start building for you?Which after they are done they will send you the complete product. Say https://ironsidecomputers.com/ or https://www.letsbld.com/.
These site let you pick the parts yourself and then build them for you. Does that count as custom build and should i use them?(Currently im using ironside because they also have keyboard,monitors,headphones include inside their build)

I would avoid NZXT just based off the BBB reviews

All right, so on ironside instead of saying "total price" it said "subtotal price" which mean all the work has been calculated and i would only have to pay for transport fees. And that shouldn't be too high if i pick the cheapest transport
