Nvidia or Radeon equivalent for Intel HD Graphics 630
I built a PC for my daughter which has a Coffee Lake i5-7500, and uses the integrated Intel HD Graphics 630. Many games rate their video requirements in terms of the minimum Nvidia or Radeon GPU. About where would the 630 fall in terms of comparable Nvidia GPU's, just for estimating if it can run a game? For example, would it be comparable to a GeForce GTX 750, or lower or higher? Thanks for your advice.

Super old thread

Intel Integrated graphics are good for causal games but you need a proper GPU card. The 1060 will be good. However try the 1660ti more modern

Interesting thread.
I'm developing on a machine with an intel 630 and 8gb of ram, so if can get an acceptable FPS here, I know it will work pretty much everywhere.
Obviously it would be no good for developing modern 3D games, and if I want to run Blender I use my gaming rig.
The Steam Deck's gpu is roughly equivalent to a 1050 ti or 1660 so that's what you should aim for if you want something fast enough to run (nearly) everything. Developers usually want their games to work on it as well

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
