i5 8400 vs Ryzen 2600x vs Ryzen 2600?

I can't decide and can you pls list he pros and cons so that i can choose better ty and also let's talk about the motherboards of each cpu

Can you prove this, please? AFAIK Zen+ has significally less RAM bandwidth with old motherboards.
