I did have a game running at the time I filmed this but it sound the same when there's nothing going on and the PC is sitting idle as far as i know all my fans are on and running as i can see the LED from the back exhaust, two top fans and two front fans, the difference is the back one and CPU fan are controlled by the motherboard while the other 4 in the PC run off NZXT Sentry 3.
I am not sure how i'd be able to determine the speed the fans are running at to be honest.
I can provide some screen shots of my temperatures and the fan speed the Fans are running at if need be.
I have tried running all 3 modes which would be perfomance, manual and quiet and i didn't notice to much of a change.
I just switched it to quiet mode and it still sounds exactly as on perfomance mode. This is very confusing to me.
EDIT: Also check your PC for malware and update antivir if needed. Maybe your rig is doing overtime mining crypto-currency. XD
Well my CPU fan cooler is a Hyper TX3 from Cooler Master with a 92mm fan attached to it. Thing is it's kinda hard to pin point as because i place my ear to difference parts of the case and the high pitch sound comes most from the front fans and CPU area.
