Actually yeah you can see on the video that nothing is detected / i need to precise that is on Bluetooth
Disconnect the DS4 and then remove the Wireless Controller from Bluetooth. Possible conflict.
Reconnect the controller WIRED and this is what you should see in joy.cpl.

I will do a few tests such as setting mine up on Bluetooth and see what devices show up based upon your videos.
Bluetooth connected no issue first time but has issues on reconnect. DS4 is paired but does not reconnect. Have to remove device and add it back.
Wired no issues.
Any luck on your end getting to work?
Do you have a friend who has a DS4 you can test?

Device Manager with Audio and Sound sections open.
Devices and Printers.
Bluetooth - both wireless and wired.
So i can compare to my PC.

are there any devices you can disable in the task manager that you dont use
as well as other USB things so that you are running just keyboard mouse and controller
USB i thought was unlimited connection but on both of my recent pc systems
i had to unplug things to get other things to work...

Uninstall Wireless Controller

Uninstall Headset Earphone (Wireless Controller)
Uninstall Headset Microphone (Wireless Controller)
Disconnect controller - reboot PC - reconnect controller when Windows has fully loaded.
Any changes? Is controller now recognised?
