g502 horizontal scroll not working
ive been playing siege and i tried to bind my left scrool and right scroll to leaning and it wont accept my command in game or in the ghub when i change it to "q" or "e" to lean in siege pls help

Some games it simply will not work in as the Side Scroll is not seen as "buttons"

is the game looking for press and hold to lean or toggle lean?

each scroll wheel tick is a button tap not hold

Yea that could be as well. Double-check the in-game settings for this.
