Why GPU's prices so high?
Wanted to buy a 600 dollars card, now its almost a 1,000 dollars hahaha.
What's the deal, people think everyone is making 6 figures or something now?
Not everyone is recovering that damn fast.

There's a number of reasons for the changing pricing on a lot of goods the last couple of years, and a lot of them involve the overall economy as of of late (or, if you want to go back much longer term, the increasing complexity of GPUs and the increasing change to the tech sector/growth of tech companies seeking more profits), but I am going to presume you're asking about why graphics cards specifically seem to be affected disproportionately (so much, so fast) compared to many others as of late?

If so, simply put, graphics card pricing and availability starting in 2021 has been set mostly by a cryptocurrency, Etherium, as it has become profitable to mine with GPUs. When that occurs, the price of the product is set by its ability to generate product, and market saturation, which normally kicks in, never really does. This is why production is up roughly a quarter this year compared to last and yet pricing and availability on GPUs doesn't seem to reflect it. "Lack of supply" is a severe misunderstanding of the GPU situation (while not entirely wrong, as supply is relative to demand so it could be argued there is lack of supply, but it's a misunderstanding or deflection reason because when demand is nearly infinite, then the supply side is less the one to blame as it'll be insufficient regardless of how much there is).

Cryptocurrencies have become quite a big sector for the wealthy and investors as of late with the economic changes that are unfolding. The profitability of mining it on GPUs as a result means anyone from small scale miners with a GPU or few to massive farms have risen up, and the prices are set based on how profitable Etherium is when mining on a GPU at the given moment.
