AMD surface format optimization
Thoughts on this setting and whether or not if I should have it on?

AMD Surface Format Optimization enables the graphics driver to change rendering surface formats where applicable, which may result in improved performance and lower video memory usage. It is recommended to leave this option enabled for an optimal gaming experience.

However it might make the FPS fluctuate quite a bit when it makes any such transitions. Also if you prefer certain visual settings and don't lke the driver dynamically dictating the image quality, then disable the setting. Especially if you like to take screenshots. As the image quality on various surfaces could change at any given time if the setting is left enabled.
