Should I migrate data on Samsung 970 Evo Plus to Samsung 980 Pro?
So I am using a Samsung 970 Evo Plus as my boot drive. Is there any point of migrating the data over to a Samsung 980 Pro if I get one, and use the 980 Pro as my boot drive?

Is it worth it? Or should I just leave the 970 Evo as my C drive and use the 980 Pro strictly as a game drive?

Having more then one NVME Drive is rather pointless and waste of money really.
Unless its a professional work PC and you do things where having a 2nd NVME Drive helps; such as when doing 3D Rendering, CAD, 4K/5K/8K Video Editing and you put the source files, or point your software to record to that 2nd NVME Drive.

It is not going to do much in the weigh of help for just a Gaming PC.

What size is the 970 EVO PLUS?

Okay anyway....I changed my mind. I will not be getting a faster SSD. I am just going to keep everything the same. It is not worth the effort or the money to upgrade just for PCIe 4.0.

So thanks for your help, people. I appreciate it.
