My computer won't stop blue screening.

About two days ago my computer blue screened while I was trying to turn it off. I pressed the button to shut it off for the day and it just gave me a blue screen instead... I told my brother why it would have done it and he said "It could have been one of the components didn't have enough power and it caused an error." so I didn't think much of it. The day after it happened I wanted to scan for viruses to make sure it wasn't a virus or something. I opened Malwarebytes since everyone uses that. I clicked scan and while it was scanning, my computer didn't just froze up, it blue screened without an error popping up. It wasn't even scanning. It was checking for updates. So I thought "I'll just do it another time." and turned off my computer. Today my computer blue screened and it didn't even give me an error code for more information to give. It made a "Shhhhhhrrrrr" sound though. Which was the sound it made as a blue screen does. But I got nothing but the sound. At this point my computer is continuously blue screening and I can't do anything. I've never had this happen before. My computer a week ago was flawless and had not a single issue. Now I can't watch videos or play games without a blue screen not even appearing... I just need some help to try and find out what I can do to fix whatever is causes this all to happen.

BSOD can be caused by corrupteded or incompatible drivers for gpu , you'll need to boot to safemode to uninstall them or roll them back.
You dont provide any details of your system laptop or desktop windows version?

What psu do you have?

I’d run it barebones and see what happens.

Another reason for a BSOD is shutting down your PC while it is updating.
Do a system restore, something you can do from the blue screen window.
Restore your PC to a previous point where your PC was working correctly, update, after that your PC should work correctly.

Oh PSU. I think it's a 500W something (I forgot the other numbers on it. But it's at least 500 and it's pretty new.) and the brand is EVGA.

Yeah it is. It restores your PC to a point where it worked, and after updating everything, it will be back as when your PC worked properly.

If you're not averse to third party programs, using "WhoCrashed" (or similar) to analyze the dump files of the BSODs may help narrow down a cause (you can also use Event Viewer but this isn't always as clear if you're not sure what to look for). Otherwise, there's hundreds if not thousands of causes of BSODs and it'd be endless guess work.

bad drive
corrupted os
incorrect drivers

or any combo of those

if you keep getting bsod it can corrupt the os even more

reset bios to defaults
install the correct drivers from mobo site (chipset, audio, lan, usb, etc..)

Does it blue screen in safe mode?

Can try windows memory test if you run in safe mode? press windows key and type memory then click on windows memory diagnostic. can press F1 during the test to change the settings a bit. Can also click on a drive in safe mode and select properties and tools? Then run their light hard drive test. Might look at device manager or event viewer if safe mode works.

My BIOS are currently at default. I'm still trying to find out the cause of this issue. Can a old graphics card cause this sort of behavior? The current graphics card I'm using is 10 years old because I can't afford those better ones everyone else has.

That sound happened when I was watching a video. And it just made that sound when it blue screened. Now I'll have to look into it if it makes that sound if there's no music or audio playing.

Well you have graphics on the cpu so can test the gpu theory. I'd wait though.

Could be a virus or a hard drive failure, etc...
