No, they are a little bit faster than an HDD and a lot slower than an SSD. Well done for not listening to any of the advice you've been given.
Which is why you've been recommended to get a 250-500 GB SSD for Windows and a few of your games that will benefit. You do not need to have most games, documents, pictures, videos on it. With Steam you can easily shuffle games between Steam libraries on an SSD and a normal HDD.
Way overpriced. Should come down in future.
WD Black is the fastest. I bought one a couple of weeks ago, it's plenty fast enough to be your main gaming drive, perfect for storing your collection. Although still not good enough for a Boot Drive.
Which one of the two is fatest? WDD Black or Seagate Baracut pro? Both 4TB version is same price here Is realy WD Black the fatest? I will keep windows on the 1 TB drive i already have but from now on i will be installing all games onn that. There only 98 gb left on my current 1tb drive anyway. My first game that will install and play after i get the new HDD is Assasins creed Origins. But just because i dont want to reintall windows on thatdosent means that the games on the new drive wont boot faster, right?
Don't install Open World games on an HDD. Your HDD is for FPS, Racing and other games with fairly small levels. Flying and Open World go on your SSD.
Why? You were awfully keen on buying an SSHD five minutes ago.

If you really feel the need for like 10+ TB worth of storage, build a NAS setup.
Yes if you do not have any SSD yet, it is a must, otherwise all your PC will be or know, is SLOW.
Now is a great time to get an SSD

Then I shall bid you adieu, and look forward to spending another 4 pages trying to convince you not to buy something that you fervantly want but would ultimately regret at some point in the future.
HDD or SSHD are good only to storage old files.
2018, not worth to invest in HDD anymore, unless you are short on budget.
