Can My computer run Cuphead with these stats?
My PC's Stats
Processor: Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU Z3735F @ 1.33GHz 1.83 GHz

System type:32-bit Operating system, x64-based processor

Installed Memory (RAM):2.00GB

Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics. Below it said Approx. Total memory was 1024 when I was looking at my graphics. Idk if that'll help.

Cuphead's minimum's stats
Processor:Intel Core2 Duo E8400, 3.0GHz or AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+, 3.0GHz or higher

Memory:2 GB RAM

Graphics: Geforce 9600 GT or AMD HD 3870 512MB or higher

I couldn't care less how laggy it is I just wanna know if it'll run. I recently downloaded who's your daddy which needs more ram and GHz than I have, and it runs perfectly. So when I looked up whether games that take more ram or processing would run, and they said no, it confused me.

Forgive my bluntness, but buying games for that system would be a waste of your money. The CPU is extremely underpowered and 2GB of RAM isn't enough to run a vast majority of games. Just because one game did run, shouldn't encourage you that others will.

If you want to play games, you need a system that's an order of magnitude more powerful. What you have now is less powerful than a modern mobile phone*, even games like Cuphead would be more than it could handle. Your only sensible option is a more powerful PC.

*My phone has a 2.45 GHz CPU with a higher IPC and 4GB of RAM.

Your PC should run Cuphead. It's 2D game afterall. Does not need much power.
Refund it, if it can't.

CPU is below minimum requirements.
No dedicated videocard where one is required.
Expect severe performance issues.

I figured a reply to one person really wasn't enough, but thanks for the help but it runs pretty well on my pc. Sure not perfect, but good enough

imho cuphead won't run well enough. e8400 is still a fast cpu. atom processors are nearly as slow as raspberry pi... :-/

That game is kinda funny. Why everyone's head is like Cup, Mug, and Teapot, in this game...??

That's not true at all. I have a Atom Z3735G(?) tablet and it's a lot faster than my RasPi3

This discussion has turned into people debating on which processors are faster than each other
