Wipe the drivers with DDU app via safe mode and then download and install the latest drivers from the Nvidia website.

DDU app: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Nvidia: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

Doing this should fix the issue. Most likely something went wrong during the driver update or leftovers from old drivers are interfering with the new one.

Go see what it says in Event Viewer.

Update to post: I deleted the newest(388.31) and installed the older one(385.41). Seems like normal now. Played Witcher 3 a lil' bit. I'm going to sleep gonna check tomorrow. I think this update ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.

The BSOD has a log under Event Viewer for a reason. Go see what it says happened.

After around 385.xx you want to have your OS on Win10 1709
Otherwise good luck running any driver above that and have it be stable.

What does the error specifically for the BSOD say?

Also, when does this BSOD occur? What are you doing just beforehand? Can you recreate it?
