Try the mouse on another machine to rule it out as being the culprit.
Restarting multiple times a day sounds like a CPU cooler problem, rather than a motherboard issue.
So this basically means I just have to wait till Christmas to be able to play again :(
Btw if anything breaks because of the motherboard,can I still send it back to warranty?
So yes most likely under warranty which you can have the manufacture replace.
Why... wouldn't the graphics card fit onto the motherboard? That makes absolutely no sense. All motherboards have the same mounting system for GPUs. There's no difference between my current MSI and the Gigabyte I bought five years ago. Or even the $60 MSI office board in my father's HTPC. Any one of them could mount any of the GPUs I currently own.
Or are you suggesting you were using a motherboard that was so old it doesn't have standard PCI Express?
