Report a translation problem
Personally, I uninstalled it but then I use a BT headset with it's own USB dongle so my audio doesn't use the Sonic Suite stuff as it only works if things are physically plugged in by 3.5mm Jack or USB. If it's not in use there was no need for it to be running in the background.
EDIT: Oh and to see if it's impacting performance open Task manager. Fine it in the Processes list and look at what it's actually using.
