this may be why
any igpu uses system ram as vram
if running out of ram, the game will stutter while using windows page file
get a 2x8g 3200+ cl16- kit for better performance with the igpu
Maybe see what the name of the viruses are in the threats scan. You do a full scan and not just a quick scan?
Even as a manual free scanner.
You should get a graphics card, then your 8GB will be fine unless you want to play better games.
"Blocked by: Web Anti-Virus
Reason: dangerous web address

Visiting a dangerous website has been prevented
A malicious website built to infect your computer with malware that will slow it down, harm files, break the system or lead to other problems."
Do you remember the name of the threats which was removed?
I would suggest getting rid of that game you download previously which was infected.
Boot into safe mode with networking, update and then run a full scan of your PC with MalwareBytes, Kaspersky or SpyBot.
Right-click on the start button and select "Windows Power Shell (admin)". Select Yes.
Under the power shell, type:
sfc /scannow
Let the verification progress complete, it might take a little while.
That will tell Windows to check your system files against the latest version Microsoft has online. It will compare them and attempt to repair any corrupted, missing, or infected files.
Reboot.
If still having issues and you have the recovery option available on Windows.
Check under Start > Settings > Update & Security, then look under the "Recovery" option for "Reset this PC". It will reinstall a clean copy of your Windows 10, but let you keep your personal files. Just ensure those others files aren't infected, as running them again will reinfect your system.
Go to your official motherboard website and under support > downloads > drivers, get the latest ones to reinstall and ensure they haven't been hijacked or damaged.
Do the same for your graphics card drivers.
Reboot.
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and go under your task manager. Check the usage of your system processes while idling (not running apps or games). If you have very high CPU or GPU (graphics card) usage, it could be a sign that you have been infected with a Bitcoin Miner virus or ransomware is encrypting your files in the background. High network activities would suggest a RAT (remote access trojan) or similar. Redo a virus check.
Ok ill never download pirated games again, thanks man
