My right arrow all of sudden types "q" in stead of just moving right?
Never happened before and long time on PC so weird? On W10 computer about 10 months old. Fairly new keyboard about month old. Just a generic mechanical wired one.

Turn the keyboard off and on again. If that doesn't solve the issue it might be defective.

Ok I unplugged and plugged it back in. It's not doing it for the moment. It doesn't always start going weird from the get go. It just seems to happen after a time. Scanned pc for viruses/mailware and fully updated.
