replace hdd with ssd
quieter power supply
Maybe change one of the extra exhaust fans you fitted to a front intake. Sure you want the warmer air exhausted but if you don't have much cooler air going in you don't have much cool air to actually help cool components
1.[IMPOSSIBLE] buy a better graphics card and downclocked to your current specs so the fan speeds lower while gaming
2.replace all your fans with "BE QUIT" fans brand they can be expensive per fan but you can buy them if you want . it is suggested to buy multiple fans so they flow the same air at lower speed and noise
3. upgrade your PSU to a higher grade(plus 80) (example bronze-> gold)
4.replace HDD with SSD
5.buy a better CPU cooler like a "BE QUIT" dark block so you get more cooling power alternative you can buy a water cooler
Not 100% true. Not long ago someone tested a lot of fans and you have many choises for silent (50% fan speed) and good cooling.

Cheaper and quiet.
I have the 3080 and even with a open case I can easily reach 70C if I just let it go with unlimited fps.
