MSI Afterburner + RivaTuner works well regardless of what NVIDIA or AMD GPU you have. When staying on the latest Win10 feature updates, you may need to go and install the latest Beta version of MSI AB and/or RTSS as the official versions aren't released fast enough to keep up with Win10 updates.
If games still have launch issues, you need to learn how to properly configure MSI AB and RTSS. For one you might need to put games into the RTSS overlay listing; and set the game detection to Low. It also helps to switch on Kernel Mode in MSI AB within its Settings.
Get rid of or disable other overlays such as Win10 XBOX Game Mode and anything to do with AMD Radeon software or NVIDIA GFE
Meanwhile I have an Alexa Echo 5 on my desk as clock and Corsair RGB-Stribes as temprature indicaters.
The same occurred with MSI Afterburner until a newer Beta version came out.
And do you not realize that EVGA Precision and GPU Tweak are all based on MSI Afterburner. But its usually MSI AB that keeps up to date, but in order to do this you have to install the latest beta version, the official one is not updated right away as they test this version alot more before ever releasing it.
The beta is basically like a hotfix and fills that gap until a newer official version can be released.
